I’ve been a bulb member for approx 4 years I previously had been with SAINSBURYS and British Gas I can honestly say Bulb are different class from these big providers, the kept me up to date with every change on my account all the staff I spoke with were very pleasant and although they had a guarantee that when yiu called in for anything if they did not answer within ten minutes they would put £10 into your account that’s how confident there customer service was.
I must say from the CEO to the lovely people answering the phone on the front line it was run the way I expect a major company to be run nowadays even with the biggest of companies customer service is non existent and everything is automated I will miss Bulb hugely when they go thanks for everything you done for me.
