The website for meter readings is excellent; super-easy. They confirm via e-mail too. They also rang me to arrange a Smart Meter installation, which duly occurred.
However, they did send out a sky-high estimate that caused our family undue stress. Thankfully, the smart meters showed up the error and Bulb quickly cancelled the estimate, worked out a new bill (e-mailed to me via chat to a Customer Services rep) and credited me with the money taken in error immediately. We all make mistakes but they rectified theirs with minimum fuss.
