I would give zero stars if I could. This Company has horrible customer service . Besides taking a month to receive an order, they send me a rancid, chemical smelling perfumed oil, when I ordered a vanilla flavor oil. Certainly glad I tested it before I made the lip balms. I’m sure, I would have Gott in trouble with my customers over it. It was so strong, it gave me a headache..not sure what it actually was. When I called to report this problem, they took the lot number and said they would check the rest of them. Customer service wants to dispute any problems and keep your money. Been a customer on and off for 8 yrs, Keep giving them a chance after many issues. Never again.. The oils they sell can be found on Amazon and you’ll get it quicker. Never again!
