I am really grateful for BulkBooks. The prices are unbeatable, and the customer service was excellent. In the large order that I placed, unfortunately one box of books was lost within the UPS system. I ordered over a month in advance so that this would be avoided, but this was to no avail. When I reached out to BulkBooks, they responded quickly and kindly and made the order right. I am very appreciative of this. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is that tracking information was not provided for my purchase until I explicitly asked for it via Customer Service. This made waiting for the lost package extra stressful, but eventually they sent the information my way.
