Diana is amazing! She is very responsive and helpful. The Ship time to Canada even for being non-express and the basic package takes a very long time. When other items are purchased in the states and the slowest/basic shipping is selected it would normally arrive faster. For some reason the package is delayed in Manitoba which doesn't make a whole lot of sense. This is definitely out of BulkBooks control but overall the customer service, response time, and client care are amazing!
