I loved that I received an immediate call back with question to billing information and my question was answered. A few of the books in our order were bent and scuffed (maybe package books wrapped in plastic before sending?). Also I went back on line just see information about billing and noticed the books are now $3.00 more per book. If we need to order more in the future, I will have to look elsewhere. These are gifts to the families we serve, we allow no more that $10 per family and sometimes there is more than one person in the family who will receive them.
