On 9.9.24 - I asked that our invoice reflect our tax exemption - even was assured by Clarence it would get taken care of with a new invoice being sent. Once again, I reached out when the charge went through on my Credit Card. I emailed Clarence again, and once again he told me it would get taken care of. I called him on the third connection point, and he once again assured me he would send a new invoice and take care of the charge. It has not been taken care of.
