I placed an order for 60 books over five weeks ago. I received a single book two weeks later. Clarence from customer service won’t return my calls or emails for an updated ETA. He even told me he’d give me an ETA by end of day Thursday and never followed through.
Bulk Books has put my nonprofit in a very difficult position and I am extremely disappointed. I would never order from Bulk Books again.
