Bobby James' customer service was a blessing. I ordered 250 books and he had to do a special run from the printer and we hoped they would arrive in time for a Patriot Day appreciation lunch we have planned on 9/11. Well, the books were shipped a week early and are expected to arrive today! Bobby kept me informed every step of the way.
