Well, the staff on the phone were service friendly, but my order was late by more than a week due to current health situation. The problem was I never got updates about shipping...always left feeling it may or may not cone in.
My suggestion is that in future just do automatic updates on shipping status. That would take care of problem. Otherwise, books finally arrived in great shape.
