1. On your website the book was listed as "Hardback" when in fact it was a board book and of no use to my Picture Book Business.
2. The other half of my order was not in the box and I was not given a second tracking number. I have no idea if it will arrive or not.
3. It took about 10 days from ordering for the order to be shipped.
4, Communication was spotty and harried.
5. How do I return the useless books?
This has put my business in a serious time/financial crunch and I am very disappointed.
