What a waste of money. I am furious that I bought into their fake marketing and hype. My puppy destroyed this bed after a day of time to get used to it and sleep on it. With 10 minutes left alone he ripped it apart and consumed the foam. When trying to "chat" about it online with them, you sit for hours with no response and then someone comes online to say someone will respond to me "soon." What a literal joke. Their website says they will replace it. No thank you, this product is a liability.
