Hi Bunaai Team, I have placed an order for 2 dresses and today I have received one and I dint like a quality at all. In picture the feel of material looks different I am not at all satisfied with quality of material. I wanted to return. My mistake is I have not read exchange policy and assuming an option to return must be there and my surprise it is not there!!! Now I afraid my second piece will also be not up to the mark... I want to cancel that order but there is no option of cancel an order which is not yet received!!! feeling stupid and cheated at the same time that I have not read the policy.
