Hi, I ordered a suit on 10% discount for the first time. Heard about Bunaai from friends, that's how your customer base increases, I feel. But I have had a horrendous experience. Ordered a size smaller, and you people aren't exchanging it. What am I supposed to do?! Lose out on hard earned money? Change your policy for returns. I don't want a refund, just a size bigger. I've already posted on fb. And know a few friends who are into digital marketing. But I thought of first texting you. Probably you will listen and do something about it. Plz note :- Your small size is extra small even according to standard measurement. So the problem is at Bunaai's end.
