I was a big fan of Bunaai until I faced a significant loss because of their extremely rigid return policy. Products that are even marginally discounted are not eligible for return or exchange. Considering that they sell stitched clothes, the likelihood of a product not fitting is very high. No matter how closely you follow the size chart, there are many things that can go wrong. In my case, the product did not fit anyone in my family in spite of following the size chart. However, the company still refused an exchange. The clothes they sell are quite expensive and one can expect a significant loss if clothes do not fit. Not buying from this website again.
