Among all the good reviews, I feel it even more important to bring their quality and customer support to light. I ordered two suit sets which weren't chosen from 'sale' section, but apparently they were. The duppattas were both defective with black stain on one and burn mark on the other. Also, one of the suit was of a larger size, M and I realized I needed an S. Bunaai has one of the most arrogant, unprofessional and rude customer care executives. First it's difficult to understand if they are actually a customer care executive as they respond as if they have been disturbed from their deep sleep. Next, it's impossible to make them understand your issue and get some sort of commitment or apology. I eventually had to lodge a complaint with consumerhelpline.gov.in. I would caution you all, Don't Waste Your Time and Money!
