First of all, looking at their product quality, the prices almost seem illegally high! Next, they don't have any return or exchange policy on any product unless there's a major issue like damage. They should mention this clear right on their product page instead of having a 2-3 pages long return and exchange policy. As a customer, we usually don't spend time reading the lengthy TnC before buying anything online. They used this customer behavior to trap customers and forcefully sell their products. They are tricking the customers.
