I saw one kurti set on bunaai website and order it, when i received the product the colour was very much dull as compared to the image what I had seen and it seems like it's already been used and washed. So I request to return the garment but thay denied to return the garment. I was been told that they don't exchange or return. If this will be ur service very sorry to say but ur brand will go down in no time. Myself b een working as a fashion designer for leading retail brand our customer service and ur customer service is very much different. Very much pathetic sales service and customer care. U guys don't even care for the customer it's like ur bank account is been credited and u leave the customers on themself.
