Pathetic customer service.......not at all professional....they don't respond to emails promptly...I ordered 2 suits on 6th August and received on 23rd of August after multiple reminders to them through email...my personal experience was worst with me.....even the clothes aren't that great as shown in pics...I would never ever recommend Bunaai to anyone better to get clothes from Nykaa fashion..you get the better quality of clothes and service.
