I would not even give that one star, but this store is run by a bunch of unprofessionals who want to be in the market showing fancy stuff, but don't really know how to cater to customer requirements. I hve placed an order on August 02 and not received it yet, on Aug 28. After 10 days, they said they will ship in 4 days, after that they mentioned the dress is under production, and now no response when I am asking to cancel the order and refund. I don't quite understand the logic of taking customer's money when you don't have the product available. A warning to all potential buyers, their customer care is the worst, with the phone being always busy and delayed responses on email and messenger. Theie return aand refund policies are not comfortable compared with the care the big stores offer. It seems that they only interested in taking money from the customer, but not easing out things in return. I m not sure i have lost my money becuse there is no delivery since a month
