Worst site ever. Don’t ever buy their clothes! I’m so furious with this site right now!! They have the worst customer service. I have been calling numerous times and shooting numerous mails for an exchange and they’re just dragging me around purposely for more than a week. They have this STUPID policy where they exchange only for different size, I mean WHAT!? That can’t and shouldn’t ever be done for online shopping sites! You can’t expect your customer to keep a product they don’t like! I’m not even asking for money refund!! They won’t even let you exchange for another item for a LESSER PRICE. For God’s sake, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Also, They have the worst customer service EVER. The customer service team is super rude and arrogant. None of the orders get delivered on time. I placed one order with 2 items and only one got delivered. Buy from this stupid site only if you can bare with pathetic service! You’ll get your product on time only if you’re lucky! Oh and .. IM NOT GIVING UP TILL I EXCHANGE THE STUPID UGLY DRESS I’VE BOUGHT FROM YOU. Give me something that’s less ugly for GODS SAKE!!
