Return mechanism is extremely faulty. No customer friendly services. They denied receiving my package because they had wanted to open the package first. They failed to communicate the issue with me. They did not even reply to the mails. So now the courier company is sending me the product back. It is not only money down the drain but also a mockery of customer's faith and rights. Please be extremely careful with the size. They are corporate bandits sucking on customer's innocence.
