Worst online purchase i ever did. !st of all no one answer your call on given customer care no. After so many trys a lady picked up call she was very rude . When i asked her to help me to exchange the size she refused to listen me and hanged up the call. I am stuck that now what i will do that dress which is not fitting to me and these ppl are not helpful. They are only making clients fool to make money . If you guys do not have that much capability to run dont give problems to your customer as you do not intimate buyer that after buying Bunaai we not be able to help. Useless online portal.
