Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. I had ordered a 2k dress n the size wasn't fitting me. So I asked for a size exchange and they denied saying that it was a sale product. Now wht am I supposed to do with a dress that doesn't fit me. And what about the price that I paid for it. It was my second purchase from Bunaai. Not going to buy from Bunaai ever again.
