Worst customer care service: I have been trying to reach out on your customer care number since weeks but it is always switched off. I placed my order on 7th March and it arrived at the local fedex facility (lucknow) on 13th March and it is still not delivered. It is as prepaid order. Your Instagram account manager or whosoever manages the insta account is giving me the lockdown reason, there was no lockdown till 20th march and it is in the local facility since 13th March. If you are not able deliver the order atleast you can cancel my order and refund my amount. Internet and banking is still working. Please cancel my order and refund my money. I havebeen trying to reach out since weeks but not getting any response.
