Your exchange and return policies are too annoying.If your product does not fit in, there is no smooth way to exchange or return.
You have to keep calling their customer care and your call will be picked after an hour or two. You have to ship your product yourself in case you want exchange.
Really annoying experience with Bunaai.
Please do not order unless you are very sure.
