I ordered a kurta. It did not fit. I sought a size exchange and they filed a return request for a size exchange. Asked me to send a courier with the kurta set. As soon as it reached them, they refused for a size exchange and issued a voucher of a lesser price instead to buy something off from the site itself claiming the deduction in the voucher was for shipping charges WHEN THE SHIPPING WAS FREE. They have bad customer service and don't respond to queries but keep copy pasting the text of their emails.
