I had recently ordered 5 dresses from Bunaai which apparently had discount and on receiving the four products out of 5 I learnt that one of the product taffy dress was XXL in size instead of S which was actually ordered by me. Lastly upon writing back to their customer care about my concern they reply that any product purchased with vouchers or discounts are non exchangeable and non returnable but they don't have a clause for any inaccurate deliveries made by their own team. So I wouldn't recommend Bunaai though I had made good enough purchases throughout the year. Once after purchase even though they are at fault they will let the customers down.
