Was a very bad experience with my last purchase since they first deliver you wrong product either the size or product would go wrong and they dont heed to your concerns and problems that you faced while shopping with them. I was given a wrong size XXL instead of right size S and they came up with a blunt reply stating that any products purchased in discount or using vouchers cant be exchanged or returned. My question to them is who asked them to give discounts and what if a product liked by customer is a product on sale or discount would that be customer's fault. I would end my words by saying folks please dont go for bunaai they dont value customers even if you have purchased many products from them earlier so wonder how will a new customer be treated.
