Their fabric and designs are fine but my experience of shopping with bunaai was extremely poor. 1) They have not mentioned any size chart for pants on their website. 2) I ordered M size kurta sets twice form their website and there was minimum 10" of difference in the waist of both the pant sizes. 3) This being their fault entirely, they did not cooperate one bit. 4) I was a regular customer, but after seing there service, I doubt I would ever purchase again. 5) My only suggestion, as long as you are lucky to receive the right size, its all good. If by mistake you get a wrong size, bunaai will not be helpful at all (even if it is their mistake).
