Absolutely appauled at the customer service at bunches. Order flowers over a week late. To be delivered by royal mail. These flowers were a gift for front line workers. The lack of customer care is just astounding. Would not recommend using bunches at all. Emailed numerous times to recieve what looks like automated emails back. What was supposed to be a lovely gift has been ruined. Flowers wilted and a damn disgrace.
