I recently got ILR on basis of Tier-1 Entrepreneur Accelerated route of 3 Years. Initially I decided to apply by myself than I changed my mind as my case was bit complex. I have received different advices from many solicitors & consultants but almost 70-80% I received Negative response that I can't apply for ILR but can apply for an extension only.
