I have recently bought a Rav 4 and I have to say the sales staff were excellent Julie kept me updated every step of the way and she went out of her way to explain every detail of the purchase and I felt valued all in all a very pleasant experience and I am very happy with my purchase. On a side note, I wish I could say the same about the service department. I order chrome door trim which wasn't fitted when I took delivery, I was told they were out of stock. I was booked in for the 3rd of October to have them fitted and the process would take an hour. After waiting two hours I was told that they could not be fitted and they would need the vehicle all day. I was offered a replacement vehicle which would be delivered to my door and my vehicle would be taken and the work would be done. In the end, I was so fed up that I asked for a refund.
