The 5-star service from Simon when buying our new used Corolla was excellent. Courteous, accurate, calm approach from Simon, the car was everything he said it was and was ready when we came to collect. Would have been 5 stars overall but for the awful way the showroom refurbishment was organised. We really did not appreciate being in a cramped and stifling portacabin for the sale process and it must be hideous for your staff having to put up with that every day, it is not what we expect from Toyota. Finally the manager, a young man whose name we can't recall, was pleasant enough when speaking to us, but had a horrid attitude towards Simon - telling him off in a patronising manner publically for being unsure about having done everything necessary on the new computer system and wanting to be certain we had all the digital documents necessary. That was rude and disrespectful to Simon and embarrassing for us. That manager needs training on the importance of respect for your staff and how to support and motivate them, not tobe condescending to them when they are learning something new.
