Went in for them to look at my new car which I was having issues with the auto full beam, the man who deals with servicing department is so rude and obnoxious, he spoke to me like I was stupid and didn't know how to set the auto full beam up properly despite telling him I knew how to do it, can't imagine he would have spoke to a man that way! Needs a lesson in customer service I think. When I went back I said to him about it being adaptive full beam and that was why the light was staying on he turned round and said 'well everyday is a school day isn't it' I was only trying to tell him what he clearly did not know.... so rude! Will not be taking it into Worksop branch in future, I will ask to go to Rotherham.
