I admit I was lucky. I've dealt with Burrows during my retirement. I previously had a company car. My Toyota CHR is my fourth car following on from 3 Rav4's. Of course Burrows Rotherham were the first port of call to check the market and availability out. Luckily for me the type of CHR had just come into the showroom on the first day back from 'lockdown'. I met up with Ben and juggled numbers around. I decided 'there & then' to call the search off. Ben was what I've come to expect from the Rotherham site - courteous, attention to detail without being pushy, full and unbiased vehicle description,- covering all aspects. Finally and most importantly - Ben was a good listener & worked diligently to comply with my budget. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt comfortable throughout. I suppose some will say I've hardly tested the market However, I'm a fan of Toyota and I was welcomed as a repeat customer and this brings me onto mentioning the after-care. After 9 or 10 years on the books I can honestly say I have never walked away disappointed. They are extremely customer orientated and positive with problem solving. Why should I risk that?
