Avoid like the plague! This company is a lying scamming business! They told me my policy was meant to cancel yesterday, they gave me a few warning before but since I was okay with the policy being cancelled I didn’t think to much of it. Now today they taken payment for another month! Didn’t cancel the policy just removed one of the drivers! Disgusting behaviour from them. Just to make more money. How can a business this large not stand by their word? Ridiculous, they have a number for everything but when it comes to a refund, oh they can’t help you, they’ll contact you but if you want to buy something, they transfer you right away. Imagine apple didnt stand by their word or something, they would be sued left right and centre. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this business!
