Excellent service from beginning to end! We are very happy with our new Perendale king size mattress, the “firmer” option. Having previously suffered with achey backs every morning, the new mattress provides great level of support and back ache is reducing. We were recommended to go to the showroom and try and this was a great experience. Staff were very knowledgeable giving us plenty of time to try. As with other reviews we were given a full tour of what was on offer, given our own pillow and pillow case, invited to try them as we went and encouraged to spend time lying on the mattresses. There was no hard sell to buy a more expensive mattress. Delivery was when they said it would be and on-time on the day. The guys were also very friendly and helpful, taking it upstairs, unpacking and putting it on the bed. Thank you Button and Sprung for a comfortable night’s sleep, hopefully for many years to come. We are definitely recommending you to family and friends.
