We had an excellent experience from start to finish at the Battersea showroom. We had plenty of time to try out the various mattresses without feeling pressured. Charlotte was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she helped us choose from a wide range of fabrics for our Ottoman. She also gave us a clear idea of the costs and delivery options. We were surprised to receive a call earlier than expected from the logistics department to schedule a delivery. The delivery arrived on time, and the two delivery men were very friendly and professional. They delivered and installed the new bed quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up all of the packing material. We have been using the bed for almost a month now, and it is just what we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received from the Battersea showroom.
