Really impressed. I called to swap some of the bed feet options as I liked a bed but there wasn’t an option in the website to pick some feet that I’d seen on another bed range, all completely fine and sorted in 5 mins on the phone. Really attentive and quick to answer the phone too. Button & Sprung were really accommodating when I needed the delivery delayed as the mattress (bought from elsewhere) was delayed, and worked around when was convenient for me. The delivery and assembly team were really great and very fast! Also really like the bed.. Happy all round.
