Great communication, great service and a fabulous priced washing machine die to carton being damaged.....very happy with the sales service. Bit of a problem at installation as the boys had no tools with them to attach the new hoses etc and remove the old washing machine but I had tools here. The new hose wouldn't fit and the drainage hose was too short for my configuration so my husband had to work on that and figure it out.
