Bought a TV from Buy Smarte. Spoke to a gentlemen on the phone (can’t remember name) and he was fantastic. Assisted me with exactly what I needed and was very friendly, accomodating and professional. Delivery was organised for next day which I was very happy with. Only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star was the 2 delivery crew BOTH asked and used my toilet. They actually spent more time in my toilet than the delivery itself. I understand sometimes nature calls and there are extenuating circumstances. But both of them? I’ve always maintained that no person should use the toilet of a client (extenuating circumstances excluded).
