The machine delivered last Friday had the correct model on the outer packaging, but the actual machine model was incorrect. I called and emailed customer service, and they replied that they would get back to me with a solution by noon the next day. However, the next day was Saturday, and I received no response. It wasn't until Monday that I called and emailed again to urge them to replace the dryer. They then emailed me saying the delivery could be arranged for Wednesday. I received the replacement on Wednesday, but I was not satisfied because the dryer had scratches on the door, and it looked dirty. I knew I was buying a machine with damaged packaging, but I didn't expect so many issues with the appearance. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.
