Shipped and arrived within stated times. Bit surprised to see a large aquarium single boxed with minimal internal protection but it was okay. The delivery guy didn't know what it was (even though it was on the box) so lucky he seemed like one of the careful ones! No tracking info. I emailed buyallmeans to ask for minimal info (i.e. which day it would arrive) and they said they'd get back to me and did not. Luckily (again) I happened to be home. It was a great price and got what I wanted so can't complain too much - customer service and/or parcel tracking could be a tad better though.
