I was disappointed when I received my item as the futon was not comfy at all and looks extremely cheap. It does look nice however, for the money I have parted with, I would have expected more coming from buyallmeans. The delivery also took extremely long, delivery was meant to be on Wednesday and I waited in all day and never turned up. They then called the same day in the evening "WHY DID THEY NOT CALL IN THE MORNING AFTER WAITING IN ALL DAY". They then advised me that is will now be delivered on Thursday 10:30 - 13:00 but it never arrived until 14:15! As you can imagine, this is extremely unprofessional and I am really disappointed in the service I have received. I will not be purchasing any items from this website again. I also looked to sending the item back but there was no information about return charges. The number to call also is 0845 which is going to cost me even more, WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!
