I ordered a fish tank on the 26th. I ordered the tracking courier of 1-2 days. I signeed in the account and there was no order there to track. I emailed and got a reply to give my address but I've not had a reply since. Considering its holidays you should have specified that the courier service wouldn't be 1-2 days as I paid an extra £7 for this. Also I now can't sigo into my account to track if there is anything on there. I'm not happy with this and would.expect a refund for the courier srevue and bad communication. I still haven't received it and now cannot track it. I will probably be at work now when it's delivered. Kind regards Clare
