The cuz squeaky dog ball arrived minus squeak. I have had this type of Cuz toy before and they are tough but flexible and the squeak lasted a very long time. But this one clearly has the squeak mechanism but yet the squeak is simply not there. The only positive comment I can make is that the delivery was prompt. I want to return the item either direct to the seller or via amazon but so far I have been unable to find a contact the seller link and there is no record of my order on my amazon account. Very unhappy
