The bird feeder we purchased arrived broken because of insufficient protective packaging,.
We took pictures and told Buyallmeans, who eventually sent a returns label.
We have now returned the broken goods as requested, but have not received a replacement.
I have e-mailed them asking when I can expect the replacement, but as yet, they have not replied
