Their help was good but the delivery and item bought was very poor quality, first aquarium arrived smashed, it was not packed well enough for an aquarium, second aquarium arrived, just as the padding on this one was very basic, nowhere near what you need for GLASS, then when I looked at the aquarium i noticed it was very poor build quality, all the sides and ends of the glass were different heights, like a blind person had cut the glass and just knocked it together in 10 seconds!, large uneven dollops of silicone all over the place too, really poor quality
