I sent messages and several emails to BuyAllMeans and have only received a single generic response. I’m chasing this now from two different email addresses and through eBay that I monitor constantly, in desperation now as I’ve not had any lights on in my aquarium now for almost a week. I ordered and paid immediately on the 4th May, 2016, for a Juwel Fish Tank Aquarium Monolux 60 Hood Lid Rekord 60/70 600/700 1x15w for delivery to my works address in Great Yarmouth, United Kingdom. I paid the £4.99 for the express delivery, which said the item would be here with me on Friday 6th May, 2016. I chased this item in the afternoon of the 6th May with no response. Subsequently, I did receive an email notification that this item was out for delivery late on the 6th May. I them received notification that it was delivered on Saturday 7th May. This isn’t possible as the office is not open on Saturdays anymore. I was provided with a tracking number that Hermes doesn’t recognise. However, after some digging I managed to find out some delivery info: ? In transit ? Delivered on Saturday, 7. May. 2016. Last scanned date Monday, 9. May. 2016. Package location – Newmarket. Dispatch status – Delivered. Postage carrier – Hermes. Delivery message – Delivery Delay – Damaged. All very contradictory. And very disappointing!
I will never use BuyAllMeans again and actively encourage my friends to not use BuyAllMeans. Ever.
